Multi-talented multi-tasking GYFC coaches, Committee Members and parents turned burger flippers for ‘one day only’ over the Jubilee weekend.
Together with the hard-working, ice-cream-and-soda sales-team, the combined GYFC parents and coaches group helped drive a ‘Whopper’ result, helping to raise much needed funds for the club.
This was off the back of a regally-inspired menu of Burger ‘Queen’, Hot ‘Corgi’ Dog, Veggie Royale, Ice ‘Queen’ and Royal Sodas!
Taking the heat at the flame grill were a rotation of sous-chefs, all under the masterful eye of head flipper, Ben. Feedback was unanimously positive – the burgers were delicious and the ‘dogs were doggone darn tasty, according to at least one enthusiastic taster.
